Initial Appointment and Strategy SESSION

  • After clearing a conflict check, you will receive an engagement letter.

  • We will schedule a 1-on-1 initial appointment and strategy session and may request additional information to review prior to our meeting.

  • During the strategy session we will discuss the known facts, identify goals, and begin to develop a personalized path forward.

  • With certain flat fee arrangements, the fee for the initial appointment and strategy session will be credited toward an agreed upon flat fee (e.g. a flat fee trademark filing). Any such arrangement will be outlined in writing in the flat fee addendum to your engagement letter following the initial meeting.

    *NOTE: There is no charge for an initial appointment and strategy session for clients who were previously represented by Christen to discuss continuation of representation by Christen at Church Legal. Please include in your request for an appointment that you are scheduling an appointment to discuss continuation of representation.
